The tutorials will walk you through ONTOLOGY's :ref:`DNA Barcoding <TUTORIAL_DNA_BARCODING>` and :ref:`Metabarcoding <TUTORIAL_METABARCODING>` workflows with example datasets. All modes (Kit, Advanced [**DNA Barcoding** only], and Custom) are covered. The sequence data provided for the tutorials is provided by default with a subset of reads from the full run.

The tutorials are organised by **workflow** — follow the one that matches your
study. The :ref:`Workflow guide <workflow>` covers the same ground organised by
stage, for reference once you are running your own data.
