Welcome to ONTOLOGY overview! In this module, we provide a few files to orient the user to the world of DNA Barcoding, Metabarcoding, and ONTOLOGY. For a quick orientation to ONTOLOGY, refer to Basics of ONTOLOGY. The highlights of DNA Barcoding and Metabarcoding are discussed in Choosing a workflow and a guide to the different workflow modes used in ONTOLOGY is shown in Choosing a mode, so you can find the mode that is suitable for your study.
