Tutorial

The tutorials will walk you through ONTOLOGY’s DNA Barcoding and Metabarcoding workflows with example datasets. All modes (Kit, Advanced [DNA Barcoding only], and Custom) are covered. The sequence data provided for the tutorials is provided by default with a subset of reads from the full run.

The tutorials are organised by workflow — follow the one that matches your study. The Workflow guide covers the same ground organised by stage, for reference once you are running your own data.
